Use Plotly Template in all Sections

Issue description

The plot_template.py has so far only been integrated into the data preprocessing section. In the future, the template needs to be integrated into the other three sections as well so that all plots can be customized globally using the template.

Acceptance Criteria

• The plot_template.py is included
• All redundant plotly settings (such as font size, font type, etc.) in individual plot functions have been removed

With this issue we should aim for including Plotly Figures globally. Please also note that changing the export() method in protzilla/steps.py is required.
