Importing a simple CSV of protein data

Issue description

Sometimes it is needed to just import a csv containing protein data.
Format of the CSV: one column of protein IDs, remaining columns are samples. the values in the sample columns are intensity values.
FYI: this will not be sophisticated, I just need this for another project and want to contribute something that can be refined later on when necessary

Acceptance Criteria

• It is possible to import the csv
• the import method description makes clear what the expected format is
• the imported data gets correctly turned into the protzilla-internal format
