Add all regions to the documentation

Some regions (nz_collection, italy_collection, california_relm_collection) are missing in the documentation API reference (in the [region](https://docs.cseptesting.org/reference/api_reference.html#module-csep.core.regions) section). Same for the methods of ```CartesianGrid2D``` and ```QuadtreeGrid```.
