Leaderboard frontend (#66)

* added leaderboard page with test data

* added daily stats

* undid min width css

* worked on calendar page

* added svg layer and disabled puzzles

* fixed day leaderboards + added stats page

* added username box to registration page, tried fetching puzzle names (didnt work)
