dojodoc for properties with dashes ignored

See aria-describedby in dijit/Dialog.js. The description is ignored, presumably because of the dash.

I filed http://bugs.dojotoolkit.org/ticket/15835 to consider changing this to camel case for 2.0, but would be nice to get the doc parser running correctly for 1.8.

Hm. After looking more closely that did not actually seem to fix the problem.
