Full Stack: Quiz Answer explanation

We need a new field for an explanation to accompany each of the quiz options (both for correct and incorrect answers).

So, admins should be able to input some context for each individual answer option that appears when the user submits a quiz.
The fields should be optional.

So for each answer choice there needs to be a way to add an explanation that will appear on quiz submission.
