tape.it denoiser no longer functional?

I am trying to use https://tape.it/denoiser to de-noise a file, but it is just stuck on "Denoising..." with nothing in the progress bar.  I even tried a ~1 second file just to make sure it wasn't just slow to process a particular file, but it is still stuck with that file as well.  Is the website no longer operational?
