[harder suggestion] changeset caracteristics filters ?

Another types of filters on changeset would be great :
In order to detect vandalism, a changeset with more than X deleted object is suspicious.
A changeset with more than X added/modified object is also suspicious

Being able to set a filter like : "any changeset with more than [user input] ways deleted" could be interesting
