Manage data for multiple cameras

Please describe the use case that requires this feature.
For the data management part, we should handle properly whether data should be fetched from DIRAC for the qualification model (QM) or NectarCAM-2, or future cameras.

Describe the solution you'd like
The data management class should be able to transparently retrieve data from:

/vo.cta.in2p3.fr/nectarcam

and

/ctao/nectarcam/NectarCAMQM

for QM data, and from:

/ctao/nectarcam/NectarCAM2

for NectarCAM-2 data (and so on for future cameras 3 to 9).
