server_setup task requires local and remote usernames match

The Fabric task, server_setup, requires local and remote usernames match. e.g. If your local username suegotti, but your remote username is suecormar, the server_setup step will fail. It's unclear whether it is failing at the ssh step or the sudo step, but it does fail.
