REDCap External Modules has gone closed source and broken links

Much of this development guide (especially the exercises) relies on directing the reader to relevant sections of the official external modules documentation on github; that repo has recently gone private and the documentation is included in the REDCap instance itself (although the link to method documentation still points to the now-private github repo as late as 10.0.1). These links will need to be updated, perhaps to point to localhost.

I wanted to let you know I understand this dilemma, but am not seeing a clear path forward yet. Perhaps the discussion on #528 will lead to one.
