Analysis going to pending state

My issue is:

When I submit a binary for analysis, it goes to a pending state and never gets completed. I have not taken a screenshot. Now the web interface has stopped working too.

My Cuckoo version and operating system are:

Cuckoo - 2.0.7
OS - 18.0.4

I am trying to evaluate a third-party binary and when I upload their binary for analysis this happens.
