Consider deprecation of cdi2 in favour of jakarta-cdi

jakarta-cdi is a replacement for the cdi2 module and does not depend on the javax.* classes that have been removed since java 11.

Timeline:

• v7.x.x Deprecate cdi2
• v8.0.0 Remove cdi2

Hi @mpkorstanje , there are some shortcuts there, javax classes were not removed with any java but with JavaEE/JakartaEE 9 (java version is linked to this version more than anything else). There is no real replacement since packages are unrelated so it is more about the user base. As of today jakarta is not widely adopted, spring just planned its adoption but there is still not a single release supporting it so I guess it is way too early for that and it would be an option in ~4-5 years?

We're closing in on four years now. And time has caught up, with #2962 the removal of javax will force us to deprecate and remove cdi2.
