Request for new release

Hi, I'm, the package maintainer for cucumber on Arch Linux. We are trying to upgrade to Ruby 3.4, but some of the tests fail there due to small differences in formatting. I found that you've already addressed these issues in #1771, which is helpful.

Unfortunately, that patch doesn't apply cleanly to the previous release's sources, so it's not as easy to simply take those changes alone. Would it be possible for you to cut a release that includes these changes?

This is going to be in the next release which is v10. It's still in the works because there's some new message formatting stuff I need to do when I get time.
