tf2 freezes

i have installed cooler hud on the preloader, and some khylul animations on each classes, my tf2 freezes i've done checking the intergrity of files on tf2, i reinstall all of my fave mods, i uninstall and install tf2 5 times, nothing works, BUT TF2 works without the mods BUT the hud works fine, the mod isn't 😥

The game will freeze up on the menu for a bit as it preloads the mods. It may be more noticeable depending on the hardware you're running.

If you're instead saying the mods don't work, that could be a few different issues. I'd first double check that +exec w/config.cfg is in your launch options.

double check how?
every time I reset/delete all of it(the game and the pre-loader) the +exec w/config.cfg stays in my launch options I never remove it, when it freezes up I can click something but cant see what I'm clicking, also the bgm works fine, or maybe its the pre-loader itself kept rejecting my tf2
