Support relative paths for map-includes in morph-files #13
Description
Using metafacture-ide, it is not possible to use relative paths for map-includes in morph-files:

The root directory is not a classpath directory, but the eclipse directory.
- Full paths are working of course, but are not independent of the environment.
- Starting the transformation not using flux, but instantiating a metamorph-class directly from a java class, relative paths are working, because the classpath is granted.
May be an issue of culturegraph/metafacture-core .
