Auth0 implementation with rmarkdown runtime: shiny

It would be helpful to be able to implement authentication using this package for runtime: shiny or flexdashboards. Perhaps this could be handled by an argument in 'render'?

I don't know if this is possible because we need a server function to be modified. Maybe if the authentication observer is somehow exported.

Will think about this after the bookmarking issue is solved. Thanks!
