User List: editing or viewing user details should show on a page instead of a modal #16
Description
Currently, double clicking on an item in the Users list opens a modal for editing user info.
Instead of opening in a modal, the editing of user info should all open on a page as the User resource contains a lot of data points.
The client route for the page could be something like: user/:userId/edit
