Move ProtVista panel to below LiteMol panel

Is there currently a way to move the ProtVista panel to below the LiteMol panel? If not, is there a way to hide the ProtVista panel and only show the LiteMol panel? Thank you so much!

Sadly, no. We are working on MolArt v2 where this will be possible, but it's not possible in the current version. But if you tell me how you are using it, I can implement hiding the ProtVista view. Are you integrating MolArt into your webserver? Do you want to control hiding/showing programmatically, or should it be controlled by the user?

Thank you for the response!! I am currently downloading the molart.js file and instantiating a MolArt object, similar to the simple example shown in examples/bare.html. I would like to control hiding/showing the ProtVista view programmatically (not controlled by the user).
