Two clicable custom fields

Is there a way to make the custom fields clicable (add tap action)? I'm mainly trying suggestions from google gemini but none of then works, I basically want to make a card that shows the front of a house I want the card to have two icons on the botton of the card, each icon open the gate and the card update the background image.
