Reddit post shows how OP got an icon to wiggle but I can't get it to work

Hi all - OP on this reddit post previously shared a short video about how they got their washing machine to wiggle when on. They also shared the code in the first comment, but I can't get it to work. Looking through the documentation for this custom card I think the syntax changed over the last 2 years; I'm guessing the style section where the wiggle action is actually occurring. Can someone help me out here? I'm not good at CSS here so I may need a little extra help.
