Input_number decimal step problem

The slider-button-card does not work properly with input_number entities when the entity step is decimal value. For example min value is 1, max is 10 and step 0,5. The slider-button-card uses always step 1. I don't know if it is expected behaviour but I would appreciated to fix the issue if possible.
