Use setDRAM before setting LMem streams #9
Description
If you use the setDRAM or setDRAMMaxFrequency in ManagerUtils after setting the LMem streams, there will be some stream size incompatible issue complained by the MaxCompiler (2015.2). Use these functions before setting LMem streams will be OK.
Currently, I have no idea why, but I think it is worth to mention this issue. 😄
