deps(boxen): error with `Docusaurus` output - emoji in title donks up output

Just ran into a curious error while testing using the Docusaurus output:

Notice that the title line's boxen output is 1 character shorter than it should be. Not sure what the solution here is, but I'm sure it should be solvable.
