Works Locally, 404 when accessing through Lan network

The good old problem, I haven't found a solution yet.
I am running through docker, it works on the server itself through accessing it with localhost:8080

However , using the local ip results in a 404

My docker-compose.yml is pretty standard, I changed nothing except exporting te CVAT_HOST variable as it is recommended in the stup instructions.

I have a working version without setting CVAT_HOST, using nginx with the following config file (cvat.conf):

server {
    listen 7000;
    server_name cvat;
    client_max_body_size 256M;

    location / {
        proxy_pass http://localhost:8080;
        proxy_set_header Origin http://localhost:8080;
        sub_filter_types *;
        proxy_set_header Accept-Encoding "";
        proxy_redirect "http://localhost:8080" "";
        sub_filter_once off;
        sub_filter "http://localhost:8080" "";
    }
}

My browser connects to port 7000 the the computer
