Deleted organization still visible in organization switcher

Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
• I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

In the CVAT UI:

1. Create an organization.
2. Delete it.
3. Open the organization switcher (top right menu -> Organization).

The deleted organization will still be in the list.

Expected Behavior

The deleted organization should be removed from the available organization list.
