Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
• I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project and task
2. add some images for annotations
3. Use a bounding box to track a feature on the image
4. rotate the box
5. start annotating the frames my workflow was skip 10 frames resize the box/rotate skip back 5 frames and repositoin/rotate/RESIZE then repeat until annotations are correct

The issue:
When I am editing a track sometimes I am unable to resize the bounding box. It will allow me to move the box and accept the placement but when I try to resize it the box will SNAP back to the original height/width

Expected Behavior

When I am editing a frame between two keyframes I would expect to be able to resize the box on a track (this does not always work). that only worked once

Possible Solution

One work around seems to be if I unmark it as a keyframe I can then resize the box again.
