I can't find the ''restricted settings" on my Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE

Hello ScreenshotTile team and community!
This is not a issue. I used this amazing app in the past 2 years on 2 Samsung phones. Now I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE and ScreenshotTile app was from the first apps I installed through Obtainium on this Tablet.
Does anyone know how to enable ''restricted settings" on Xiaomi Tablets? In the "app Info" is not, I search there multiple times, see image.

Sadly is not and I can't find these stupid setting

Can you uninstall and then try to install from a different source: Play Store or F-Droid or download the apk and install from a file manager?

Possibly it works if you install the apk with the file manager Mixplorer as explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4_Ks_3a1kk
