glitch to instant regrouth fruits on fruit tree (infinite harvest)

Describe the issue
when u cut down the 3 lowest fruit logs of a fruit tree so only 1 fruit tree log with the leaves remain, the leaves around the now destroyed fruit log part are instantly growing their fruits. upon harvesting them they regrowth the fruits within seconds

this glitch was sawn in multiple forge versions from 1.15 to 1.16.1
