Error: binary class labels are required for Multi-View (mbpls) model

Hi,

I am getting an error stated "Error: binary class labels are required for Multi-View (mbpls) model". However my metadata is classified as binary labels.

Kindly help me to resolve it.

This could be due to several factors, but one of the main culprits is when no identifiers from one or both omics map to the pathway database used. Could you please confirm your data maps to pathways in each of the omics used?

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried integrating proteomics and RNA-Seq data. I used Uniprot IDs for proteins and ENSEMBL IDs for genes. On replacing the ENSEMBL IDs with gene symbols, I was able to perform the analysis. I got confused because of the statement "Reactome uses ChEBI, UniProt, and ENSEMB" that was provided in the PathIntegrate_Quickstart_guide.ipynb.

I have one more doubt! How can I extract the list of proteins and genes from our dataset that has been involved in a particular pathway?
