CWRC's extraction will be using the same external mappings as LINCS.

Should also adjust mappings to not include full URI for RDF Type so we don't need to manually update each file.

This will require changes to data/cf_external_mapping.csv & the Biography/culturalForm.py.

Will require changes to both classic-extraction & cidoc-revisions
