Expand handling for subject_name mappings

• include text() from name>namePart elements - currently - only name/text() supported
• if namePart elements in subject/name have type attributes, (given and family identified as existing values) - parse as person names parsed elsewhere
• if name has @type - (encountered values in cwrc: personal and corporate): map to separate taxonomies (personal to person taxonomy, corporate to corporate_body taxonomy)
• if name has @valueURI with valid URL value, , ignore for the repository item ingest (it will be added to the taxonomy term once created via the repository item ingest)
