Running juxtaposer on release is automated #1417

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The release instructions for secretless include running "stable quality exercises" which as far as I can tell refer to running the juxtaposer tool for several days to test performance over time. This simple isn't practical as a manual task and will have to be automated if we want to consider it to be part of the release process.
Describe the solution you would like
Runs of juxtaposer are automated, perhaps as a nightly / weekly CI job.
