Generate Jupyter Notebooks

We should evaluate the usefulness of creating Jupyter notebooks for each world. These notebooks should be compatible with Google Colab and they should look something like:

This will allow users to do run the simulation in a browser and make small modifications in the code. However, there will be a few limitations:

• a controller can be written in Python only, and
• there should not be more than a single file for each controller.
