[FEATURE] I want to be able to install frontx into existing repo, not only as new project/repo

Description

I want to install frontx into existing repo, not as a new project only. I may have already my repo initialized, and also it may have already some files (README, PRD, ADR, etc)

Problem Statement

Right now, the README.md tells me I can create a frontx project, but it doesn't explain me how to install it into existing repo

Proposed Solution

I'd like to have some CLI example explaining how to install it
