when a new device is detected, arpscan tracker assigns device_tracker.IP names to entities by default, is it possible to return device_tracker.MAC as it was before, because it is more logical - the MAC is tightly bound to the device, but the IP can be dynamically changed by the DHCP server, and then the name will remain and confusion will result.

I used to use mac addresses, but for some reason this didnt work well, and it's a breaking change, so wont fix problably
