[iOS] Faux caret shows on hidden thought

Steps to Reproduce

- A
  - B
    - C
      - D
        - E

1. Set the cursor on E with the keyboard open
2. Tap the bullet of C

Current Behavior

The keyboard closes and the faux caret shows while the LayoutTree transitions to B as the cursor thought. Not C, because part of tapping on the bullet involves collapsing the thought.

Expected Behavior

The faux caret should disappear when the keyboard closes.
