Clicking on an issue geometry whose popup is open should close the popup

Currently, closing an open popup requires clicking on the top-right 'x'.

In addition, clicking on the geometry should be an implicit close.

This seems to be an unresolved issue in Leaflet 1.0.2 see here. I don't see a way to fix it without re-implementing the popups.
