Description
In the event that the initial tokens have increased in value, allow the user to get more cyTokens. An example:
I lock 1 ETH at 1500$ and get 1500 cyWETH.
Now ETH is worth 2500$. Allow me to get 1000 cyWETH (2500 that I would get if I locked now minus 1500 that I already got).
This would be the equivalent of unlocking and locking again without the extra steps and without needing to have the funds to unlock.
The other side of the coin would be to allow the free unlock of 0.4 ETH which would be the equivalent of 1000$.
