Replace references to X Premium with references to Twitter Blue (and "post" to "tweet" not working on Brave)

Hi! Hope you are doing good!

Plugin mostly works and replaces the X icon with the Twitter bird, but the replacements of post/posts with Tweet/Tweets doesn't work on Brave 1.60.114 (macOS 12.7.1 Monterey). Also it would be better if the references to X Premium would be replaced by references to Twitter Blue, to make the overall experience closer to the pre-July Musk-era Twitter (before it was renamed).
