aotf: command editor always opens for cycle point commands

E.G, the mutation editor will open if you try to set a cycle point, even if you don't click the pencil.

I don't think there's a good reason for this, AOTF probably thinks the user needs to input more data because it doesn't recognise a cycle point as a family or something like that.
