Abstract functionality of parsing into a library or more modular utils #14
Description
We should pull out some of the logic like inscription parsing into a library so if people don't want to use the BETH stack they could use it elsewhere. We could potentially help put them into https://www.npmjs.com/package/@cmdcode/tapscript. We are already using this library and we can probaly better utilize it to parse the inscription data.
This could be done during #13
