[Spotify] links return response code 400

Passing a Spotify link always returns a 400 error. Started within the past week. Tested on multiple tracks. Confirmed tidal tracks still work fine. npm run test returns a number of errors for Spotify API.

Deezer and tidal links work fine in the meantime. Spotify likely changed something on their end.
