Support for accessing the DSpico SD card

Describe the feature you'd like
Since now we have a Nintendo DS flashcart that is completely open source, it would be wonderful to be able to access the contents of the DSpico SD card from GodMode9. This would provide quick access for copying files from the DSpico SD card to the internal 3DS SD card without needing to disassemble the shells of New models or rely on the slow and often unreliable FTP applications currently available for the 3DS.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As a reference, I can already use GodMode9i for accessing the DSpico SD card. Because of this, I currently boot into the DSpico and manage files from there without any issues. However, having the same functionality available directly in GodMode9 would make the process much faster and more convenient not needing to boot the 3DS OS.

I'd love to have that one in GodMode9, I just don't see myself having enough time to do it myself in the near future. Maybe someone elsewould like to take a look.
