More Metadata options?

So, through Exifglass I can view Metadata. However it would be great if some editing of Metadata would be possible. For example to add data into EXIF fields XP comments, XP Keywords and XP subject.
But then also an option should be implemented whether to retain original data fields (file creations / modified/orginal creation date) or whether to overwrite these fields.
If possible both on single or multiple files at once.

Or is this perhaps stretching the purpose of IG?

ExifGlass was separated from ImageGlass as an independent app to have its own development path.
