I can't install the latest version. Every time I try I get an error saying that The Older Version Cannot Be Removed. An older version is NOT installed on this computer!

I want to install the new version of this program.

Can you uninstall it in the Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps?

It is not installed, and not listed there or anywhere else.
