Build:

cd ithlib
vcpkg install boost:x64-windows-static-md
vcpkg install pegtl:x64-windows-static-md
vcpkg install utfcpp:x64-windows-static-md
vcpkg install fmt:x64-windows-static-md
msbuild

Run:

\x64\Debug\Ithlib.exe
