RFE: Implement |FATTR4_WORD0_ACL| support at file/dir creation time.
We need this for SMB/CIFS parity, which allows setting ACLs at file/dir creation time as part of the protocol spec.
This mostly affects Windows+OSX clients, which need ACL support as the software expects this to work (e.g. Windows installer software use ACLs extensively).
