Encode polylines

Polylines take up a huge size in the reponses. Reduce payload size by encoding the polylines with JS Google Polyline Codec

Will tackle this once the new major release is approaching as this would be a breaking change. Because of gzip/brotli compression, payload size is not too much of an issue anyway
