Steps to Produce.

Given
The user is logged in
The User is an Administrator

When
They navigate to the Create Payroll Page of the dashboard

Then
Show them Create Payroll and One-Off buttons
A card showing total amount processed Fiat Payroll
A card showing total amount processed Crypto Payroll
A card with Manage Payroll button
A table showing Payroll History with the following details:
